Your Questions, Answered

A quick guide to everything you need to know before getting started.

How is this different from traditional PT?

You’ll never share your session with other patients. Every visit is 100% one-on-one, with care customized to your needs, goals, and timeline. We also come to you, eliminating travel and wait times. Most importantly, we treat the body as a whole—not just a single joint or injury. Our approach looks at how everything works together so you can heal, move, and perform at your best long-term.

Can you help me even if I’m not injured?

Absolutely. Many of our clients work with us to optimize performance, prevent injury, and maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle. Think of it as high-level, individualized coaching for your body’s longevity.

Who do you work with?

Our clients range from adolescents and youth athletes to adults in their 80s and 90s. We work with professional athletes, elite golfers, marathoners, competitive fitness athletes, retirees, busy professionals, and anyone who wants to stay active and pain-free. If your goal is to move better, feel stronger, and live fully, we can help you get there.

Where do sessions take place?

We come to you—your home, your office, even your gym or outdoor space. All the necessary equipment is brought to you so you can receive world-class care in an environment where you feel most comfortable. For clients living in a condo complex, gated community, or country club, we can often arrange to use an on-site gym, wellness space, or massage room when those amenities are available.

Can you work alongside my surgeon or physician if I’m post-operative?

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure your recovery is safe, coordinated, and optimized. Communication and teamwork are key to helping you return to full strength.

What happens during the first session (initial evaluation)?

Your initial evaluation is a 75-minute session that includes both treatment and a comprehensive movement analysis. We take the time to identify problem areas, imbalances, and patterns that are limiting you. This thorough assessment allows us to design a unique, individualized plan of care so that from day one, every session is focused on what your body specifically needs to recover, perform, and stay at its best.

How long is each session?

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes, with every minute spent on treatment—not waiting. For those who prefer more time for advanced manual therapy and individualized programming, 90-minute treatment options are also available.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider, but for our 65+ clients we do accept Medicare and offer a concierge discount when claims are run through insurance. For all other clients, we can provide detailed invoices that you may submit to your health insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

In most cases, no. If you are a self-pay client, you can begin physical therapy right away without a physician’s referral thanks to Florida’s direct access law. If at any point a referral becomes necessary, we will guide you through that process. For clients using Medicare, a physician's referral is required before starting care, as per Medicare regulations.

Do you bring all equipment needed for treatment?

Yes. We bring a full mobile setup—including a treatment table and any tools or equipment we need—so that your session is seamless and complete wherever you are.

Do you offer virtual sessions when I travel?

Yes. For clients who are traveling or prefer remote care, we offer virtual check-ins and guided exercise sessions. Telehealth visits focus on movement analysis, corrective exercise, and customized programming, so you can continue making progress even when we can’t be there in person.
